Al was a member of the Metro Toronto Police Force from 1974 to 1986.  His duties included Motorcycle Patrol, Radar Enforcement and Accident Investigations.  Al left the Police Force in 1986 to join POINTTS. Al has been actively involved with the Police Sno-pitch and Slo-pitch Tournaments to raise funds for The Snow Suit Foundation and fundraising for the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
