Local POINTTS Offices

Janet Charron commenced her career with the O.P.P. and completed tours of duty in the Traffic Division, Intelligence/Drug Enforcement Unit, Criminal Investigations Division, Uniform Division and Community Services. She later served with Sarnia Police Services. After leaving the police department Janet embarked in a career as Provincial Prosecutor in London and was responsible for Provincial Offence prosecutions. She also worked as Municipal Prosecutor for the City of London. After several years as an independent paralegal, defending cases in both Sarnia and London, she and her business partner, Linda Paolucci, took over the POINTTS London franchise.

Linda Paolucci began her legal career in the Office of the Crown Attorney as Provincial Prosecutor responsible for Provincial Offence prosecutions in Oxford, Elgin and Middlesex Counties. She later transferred to the City of London as Municipal Prosecutor in traffic court. After several years as an independent paralegal, defending matters in Provincial Offences Court, she and her business partner, Janet Charron, took over the POINTTS London franchise.

Together Linda and Janet represent defendants in Middlesex, Elgin and Oxford Counties.

Amanda Hicks graduated from UWO, King's College, with a 4 year degree in Psychology and Criminology.
While attending university, Amanda worked on a part time basis with Linda and Janet where she developed a keen interest in Provincial Offences Court defence work.
After graduating with her degree she embarked upon a career with the POINTTS London team, ultimately returning to college and obtaining her paralegal licence from the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Amanda's experience is exclusively dedicated to traffic ticket defence under the mentorship and tutelage of Janet & Linda at POINTTS London.

Lauren Roddy graduated from York University with a 4 year degree in Criminology and English.
While obtaining her degree she worked as an office assistant at the administration office of the Provincial Offences Court in Sarnia, where she nurtured her interest in a career within the criminal justice system.
After graduating with her degree, Lauren embarked on a career with POINTTS London and has focused her extensive education and experience in the field of traffic ticket defence as the Office Administrator at POINTTS London.
