I talked to several companies dealing with speeding tickets and explained my situation to them; I got no hope from any of them that I could get out of my situation without heavy penalties. That all changed when I talked to Dick in the Bracebridge office. He knew something that nobody else I had spoken to had even heard of, a diversion program, that had a chance of working. Dick's tremendous knowledge and experience allowed him to settle the case before going to court, and I was extremely happy and impressed that his suggestion had paid off. Not only that, but when the court made a clerical error and confused my case with another one, Dick went the extra mile at his own expense, to appeal the decision (which, obviously, was successful too). The end result was that my case could not possibly have been dealt with any better by anybody, and I cannot hesitate to give my highest recommendation to POINTTS.

I came to POINTTS after having received a ticket for driving with no insurance and misuse of plates. Now I am sure you are well aware of the great cost this could have introduced me to.

I had not been working in 2 years prior to this and was essentially getting back on my feet working a new job and hoping I could get away with driving for a while with no insurance.

Well, you know how that went. The DAY before my first court date, I was in a panic and called Randy Smale at POINTTS in Ottawa on Robertson Road. Without hesitance or any money up front he told me not to worry about it and he would go in my place that day. He then gave me a fair amount of time to pay him to clear this matter for me.. And clear it he did.. He got the no insurance dropped and the misuse of plates reduced to a $125 fine. Needless to say, I am thrilled with Randy and your company, and I think it's a great service you offer people all over Canada to help them with traffic violations. With the "minimum" expectations they place on officers today to meet quota's and the like, I am glad POINTTS is here.. And I can't talk Randy up enough.. He was great, very professional, very knowledgeable and very very effective.

I must admit I also called other companies in your line of work. I was dissuaded from dealing with them because I got the feeling the price was very upwardly flexible, maybe relative to my urgency, rather than being based on the task at hand.
