spent 11 years with Metropolitan Toronto Police
. He worked all aspects of Highway Traffic Act,
Provincial Offences and Criminal Code investigations.
During his time as an officer he received 2 letters
of Commendation . Joe started with POINTTS in February
1986 and has always maintained an office in the
North Scarborough area .
