With 25 years of combined experience both as a policeman with the Toronto Police Force (12 years) and a court agent with POINTTS (13 years), Richard has successfully defended thousands of clients in court. Richard has also complimented his experience with a two-year paralegal program at the Richmond School of Business where he earned an Honours standing. He is currently an owner/operator of three POINTTS franchises in the Toronto area. (North York, Eaton Centre, Eglinton West)
